Desktop proximity reader for USB or RS-232 ports; perfect for Windows desktop log-on.  This reader is compatible with over 200 million proximity access cards & badges normally used for building access!  Use your existing ID badge for Windows Desktop Logon, Employee Identification, or software access control.Identifying users is important especially when there are so many software applications needing their individual information.  Complicating matters is the number of formats in use for proximity cards.  This is where the powerful, yet easy-to-use proximity readers come to the rescue.  Security Tokens offers several pcProx models to assist users with reading employee proximity cards. Once the card’s data is read, it is just as important to format this data and presnt it in such a manner so that it is ready to be used by virtually any software or system.
