Guarantee: All single unit purchases, except the software developer's kits (SDKs), carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. The SDKs are not returnable.

Returns: All returns require an RMA authorization number in advance.  Returns are subject to a 25% re-stock fee.

Shipping: We normally ship by Fed Exp 3 day. Shipping charges are additional.

International Orders: Security Tokens will notify you via email of the correct freight charges once they are calculated.
